Everyone get ready to celebrate - Tammy (JimmyTammy) has REACHED HER GOAL!!!!!!!
Tammy and I became PM buddies earlier this year and at that time she was still in the 150s and she was working on walking on her treadmill for about 20 minutes a day a few days a week.
Now she's at 129.5 and she walks for 50 minutes on her treadmill at top speed!!!! She's come a LONG WAY, started her weight loss journey in the 180s (see her post to the check-in thread) wearing 1Xs and now she's fitting into size 6 clothes and she's wearind SMALL tops!!!
Woo-hoo!!!! Tammy, I'm so proud of you! I felt really lucky to get you for a PM buddy, and now that our PM buddy circle has grown it feels like an even bigger blessing. You have really stuck with Weight Watchers and made the program work for you. You challenged yourself with your exercise routine and always triumphed when you pushed yourself a little harder. I don't ever recall you "stress eating" and that is wonderful! I know you will find a way to maintain your weight loss and that you will see some wonderful results from the toning you are going to do.
