Confusion/help about character meals

We will be there in mid-Feb and while we plan to chase down the Seuss characters and stalk Curious George as much we can, but I really want to do a character meal for her.

But I am confused, I have seen it said 3 different ways: only Sunday and Thursday, Sun through Thurs and Thurs-Sun. Which is it?

And so then does anyone know the exact time and place that each character appears, very specifically Curious George? She is only 2.5, and we are not interested in Scooby, Spidey, Woody, just Seuss and CG.

I'll try to help but I'm not that familiar since I've never done a character breakfast.

The Spiderman breakfast at IOA features Spiderman, Thing 1 & 2 and Cat in the Hat. It's only available on Sundays and Thursdays.

There are characters that appear at the resorts but I'm not sure when or who you might see. Here is the schedule according to the website:

Trattoria del Porto @ Portofino Bay - Friday nights 6:30-9:30pm
The Kitchen @ Hard Rock Hotel - Saturday nights 6:00-9:00pm
Islands Dining Room @ Royal Pacific - Wednesday & Saturday nights 6:30-9:30pm
