Confused

I am just looking at my saved iternary on disney.com
I noticed something about the tickets. I can purchased just a five day pass without the hopper option and it is cheaper.I thought all tickets had the hopper option. Has this changed? I want in 1995 for just the day and hop in between Magic Kindgom and Epcot.
Do I need the hopper option to goto two parks in one day or not.
I am so confused.

It has changed. You have to add the hopper option to the tickets in order to visit more than 1 park in a day.

Thanks...I knew I was not crazy!
Has anyone ever not done the hopping and did just one park a day?
I cant see us doing that as we always have hopped around.
But I wondering if I should try

Don't try it. Get the hopper option - you won't regret it.
