Confused with rack rates and discounts

Hi, I'm looking to book a night at the Wilderness Lodge but I'm a bit confused.

Are there public codes that I can apply to a one night room only for a discount on 09/26 or do I need to go through the Disney site and book at the full rate? I can't find a code for September but not sure if it applies to room only anyway.

Am I likely to get a different deal if I call Disney direct or would it be the same price?

The deals that are being offered now begin with check in date September 30th. The deals for check in prior to 9/30 are finished. If you want to check in on 9/26 you will not be able to get a discount from Disney, you will have to pay rack rate.
