Confused with park hopper plus

We each have a 3 day park hopper plus ticket. I recently read a thread that sounded like we could use the tickets over a 4 day period If we go to MK, EPCOT, AND AK Monday through Wednesday, can we still go to the water parks on Thursday. I am so confused by this.

A. You can. (With a 3-day PH plus, you could even use that ticket over up to a 6 day period over the course of your trip.)
B. Yes.
It does not matter in what order you use your ticket assets over the course of the trip.

You can absolutely go to a water park on your 4th day . . . and your 5th and 6th. A 3-day park hopper plus entitles you to 3 theme park days and 3 entries to the Water Parks & Fun venues. It expires 6 days after the beginning date of your date-based ticket. The Water Parks & Fun venues include the water parks, golf, and mini-golf (and ESPN when it's open). Please note that it is entries to the Water Parks & Fun venues. If you go to two or more in the same day, each counts toward your allotment of 3 entries. If you go to a theme park and a water park in the same day, it counts as one theme park day and one Water Parks and Fun entry.

Normally I would defer to Robo on a ticket question, but I believe a Park Hopper Plus gets a 6th day to use it.

Do you reserve your water park day? If so how? when you pull up the calendar for park reservations it only shows the 4 main parks. Do you just swipe your magic band at entry? Just want to make sure I don't lose a day of fun
