We are going to WDW in less than 2 weeks. We have 2 rooms booked at All Star Movies.

We want to upgrade to a nicer hotel. But their are 3 adults and 2 kids. There is a big chance we will be going back in December so the AP appeals to me.

Is it to late to get one? How can I compare rates to see if the AP is worth it?

Thanks in advance.

No it is not to late to get one and the standard days for an AP to pay off is 11 days in the park if you don't take resort discounts into account.

Deluxes except the WL and AKL can accomodate 5 in their standard room, two queens and a daybed. The rooms at these hotels are pretty spacious. Just checked Jan 27 check in, one night at the YC is $233 AP rate with tax. This is a standard room. We had a standard there last year, same time, they upgraded us to lagoon view at check in.
