confused how to do this?

I'm so confused trying to figure out how to get from MCO to hotel then to Port Canaveral, then back to WDW--Not doing the rental car option, so I need shuttle, town car etc suggestions please

--we're arriving Jan 1st at MCO and need to get to NICK hotel-then we'll need to get to Port Canaveral from Nick hotel?? Does anyone know of a town car service that will do this? then when we disembark we're headed to wdw for a week so we'll do the Disney port travel to the hotel...

Mears Shuttle from the Airport to Nick Suites is $59 one way for your party size.

FL Tours lists the rate from a Disney resort to Port Canaveral as $110 for a car up to 4 passengers. I can't tell from their website if they normally service Nick Suites, but a call should get that answer.
