I have read the intro. threads on this board, and I am still so confused. How do I join?

I am currently on WW's, and training for the Wine and Dine relay, a local 1/2 Marathon, and the Princess 1/2 Marathon.

Just point me in the right direction...

If you want to join the BL challenge for the summer, just jump on over and say HI!! Send a PM to LuvBaloo with your starting weight, and you are good to go! Official weigh-in day is Friday. You don't need to post your actual weight... only LuvBaloo will have that information.

Anyhow, the first page of the thread has ALL the information you need. Just jump on in, feet first, and start chatting! We are all over the board on weight loss techniques, including plenty of us on the WW plan, so you should feel right at home. And we have LOTS of runners (both veterans and newbies). Come on over, introduce yourself, and you are "IN"!

I'm sure that it works the same way with other weight loss/health eating threads on this board. Just jump in and start sharing and chatting!

If you are just looking for weight loss/healthy eating/exercise information, just feel free to ask questions. Someone out there should have an answer/opinion for you.

If you are looking to join the WISH group in general all you have to do is post and get involved, no application necessary. If you would like to get on a team or into the BL challenge you have to indicate it and will get assigned a team.

The WISH boards are great for finding people with common interests in health or fitness and, best of all, to meet them at random events throughout the country. Some in Disney and some in places like Nashville, Indianapolis, or Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
