Confused about upgrading my Premium DL AP to Premiere Pass

I'm hoping that hubby will agree to go to DL the first week in October. If he does...we have AP's that will expire on 10/10/10. (not sure if it's a lucky or unlucky date If we go and decide to renew our AP's what price would we have to pay to get a Premiere Pass? Is it even possible? Sorry I've tried researching this and am still confused, nothing new for me. Maybe, my smart fellow-diser's can help me understand this better before calling a cm. TIA!

The price of the Premier Pass is $722.75 (including tax). If you renew your DL AP first, you will pay $439 for the DL AP and then need to pay $283.75 to upgrade to the Premier AP (for a total of $722.75). There is no renewal discount for the Premier AP at this time. -- Suzanne
