Confused about monorail refurb

We head to MK tomorrow and plan to be there for rope drop. It looks like the express beam will be closed during that time. Does that mean we just take the resort beam? Or are both closed? Do we have to take the ferry instead?

What schedule are you looking at? Only thing I'm seeing regarding Sunday is that the express beam will be closed Sunday 11:30pm- Monday 9:30am. So it should be running tomorrow morning.

If not though you can either do the ferry, take the resort monorail (what I'd do), or keep a look out for buses. Usually if the monorail is down, Disney will provide buses from ttc to MK

Well this is embarrassing! I thought today was Sunday!! Lol!! This vacation has my time schedule all messed up!! You answered my question. Sounds like we will not be effected tomorrow on SUNDAY!

Rather than worry about the possibility of closure, just know that
if the monorail is to be closed for maintenance, you can take a shuttle boat from MK to the Poly, or a special bus provided by Disney to handle the routes normally run by the monorail.
