Confused about dining package

Okay, I'm confused about the dining package add-on. I didn't think we were going to qualify, but something said on another post makes me think maybe we are.

Here's our situation. We are Florida residents, and I had planned on purchasing the 3 day ticket (non-hopper) for the price of 2. We are staying on-site for 3 nights.

Here's are dining plan -

Arrival day - dinner at O'Hana
2nd day - breakfast and lunch at Pepper Market / dinner at Pizza Planet
3rd day - CRT breakfast / lunch at Pecos Bill / dinner at Casey's Corner
last day - breakfast at Pepper Market / lunch at a counter service in Epcot

My first thought was that maybe we could puchase the dining package for that 3rd day (CRT / Pecos Bill). But now I'm also wondering if we couldn't purchase 2 days worth and use the sit-down for O'Hana and one of the counter service meals the next day. Do each day's have to be used on the same calendar day, or can they be split up like that?

What's my cheapest route? Like I said, I'm thoroughly confused now.

You can't get the MYW Dining plan unless you book it as a package- room, MYW tix, and Dining. I'm pretty sure you can't get the FL resident special tix as part of a package- so you can't get the Dining plan added on, either. I am sure if I am wrong about the FL resident tix part, someone will correct me.

The number of CS and TS meals and snacks is the same as the # of nights at the hotel. A 3 night stay= 3 TS, 3 CS, and 3 snacks per person. The credits are pooled together and can be used by anyone on the plan in any order or combination until midnight on the day of checkout. So you could use all your TS in one day if you want, etc.
