Confused about BRV 2 bed

Looking at Boulder Risge Villas and for some reason I thought there was a 2BR option that would sleep 9 with 2 queen beds + king + queen sleeper sofa or murphy +the single pull down bed…. But I am not seeing this listed. Am I missing something or does this not exist at BRV? Thanks!

I think it would have to be a 2BR lock-off..(based on DVChelp.com)

The 2 Bedroom Lockoff will have the sleeping surfaces of a Studio (queen bed, Murphy bed over sofa, and smaller “twin” Murphy bed) and the sleeping surfaces of the 1 bedroom (king bed and Murphy bed over sofa). So that is likely what you are thinking of and sleeps 9.

A dedicated 2 Bedroom lacks the smaller “twin” Murphy bed and has 2 queen beds. Though can sleep 9 on point stays.

It has a kitchen and kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, and sink)

I thought the only expection to occupancy was the 1 bedrooms that have sleeping surface for 4 but allow 5. The dedicated 2 bedrooms have that exception too?

I was surprised to see it too. Though it makes sense to not make lock offs worse or better than dedicated.
