Confused About Annual dues

Annual dues confuse me...don't know why, haha.

I bought into AKV in September and have 160 points. I have it setup where I make that one big payment in January. Is that when I pay? I think my dues start in May, right? Ahh...I'm just confused.

If you unit is in Kidani Village with an occupancy date of May 1, 2009 or later, you will not be billed for your annual dues until after the occupancy date. In 2010 and later, they will be due on Jan 15.

You will probably get the bill in mid May. Your bill will be prorated based on the number of days left in the year from your occupancy date.

They said dues for 09 will be mailed April time frame..Due June 1st..
Will be pro-rated..8 months of annual amount will need to be paid...

I've heard that 09 dues will be released around Thanksgiving!
Lets hope they don't increase much off the $4.71 per point.

Estimated 2009 annual dues should be out soon. They will not be finalized until the annual meeting on 12/9/2008.

Thanks guys! And I don't think it will go up much more... my guess is maybe 4.80.
