Confirming stay issue

We received an email yesterday that we had to go onto the Disney website to confirm our Christmas holiday stay that we’ve already paid in full and if we didn’t do so by 27th June they’d cancel our booking that we want. Stupid thing is we go on the website and we can’t seem to find any way to confirm and then it’s a 3 hour hold to call them. Has anyone managed to reconfirm on the website and if so how? So frustrating!!
 
We have two bookings, both at Yacht Club, both in October, both booked direct through Disney. I have managed to confirm one (paid in full, options were on website when I logged in) but not the other (balance still outstanding, no options offered when I logged in). I have emailed Disney UK and will try to ring them in a couple of weeks. The room which I couldn’t confirm is a Club level room, so I’m wondering if that is why there wasn’t an option...

Did you have to click on anything or did it just bring it up for you straight away? We’re pop and absolutely nothing is showing :(

I found that if you go to the payments page (link on your invoice) it gave me the option on there to select what I wanted to do. Worth a shot?

Tried this and no luck. Ho hum. I am wondering whether the fact that it is a Club level room might be an issue. Don’t suppose anyone else has been able to confirm a club level booking have they? If it’s not that then presumably it is just a glitch.

So I finally got through to Disney after a 3 hour wait and reason I can’t confirm is because it’s a room only booking. There’s nothing they can do but document the reservation and the cm was surprisingly unhelpful :(. Back up booking at universal it is then!

Ahhhhh, ours will be the same. I guess it’s not actually the rooms that they are bothered about then. It must be the theme park ticket portions of the package stays. Yet another indication that they don’t have enough Park capacity for everyone who is staying on site to get into a park...
 
It’s because the NBA teams and families are staying this year at YC and will be booking up all the rooms!! Disney decided to host them without consulting all the paying guests who already had reservations about it. Also affected are BWI , GDR,CS and AKL that I can think of. They want to isolate the players for three weeks before their season final games are played.. the players don’t want to be cooped up in sure. That will also include support staff for each team and media teams too reporting into the matches. They could be there for several weeks.
