We received an email yesterday that we had to go onto the Disney website to confirm our Christmas holiday stay that we’ve already paid in full and if we didn’t do so by 27th June they’d cancel our booking that we want. Stupid thing is we go on the website and we can’t seem to find any way to confirm and then it’s a 3 hour hold to call them. Has anyone managed to reconfirm on the website and if so how? So frustrating!!
