Confirming OKW ressie?

Can someone tell me how soon before the start of your stay do the resorts get the information?

I am renting points for next monday to friday at OKW and want to call OKW directly (anyone got thier number handy?) and confirm the ressie again. I confirmed it before sending payment and would just like to confirm it again, being over cautious.

3 to 4 days before your arrival day - the resorts get the information - I have also heard a week.
