Should I call to confirm my MNSSHP tickets? We will be picking them up at will call. I have read on here that some people have been sent tickets for the wrong day. If I should what is the number that I call?

Did you write down your confirmation #? if you did you can call ticket help, but be prepard to wait on line for at least 30-45 minutes. The regular CM's are not able to look at your existing ticket order. If you did a Will Call, they will be waiting for you at the Guest Services window on they day they're good for. I hope that quashes some of your fiears. Really, if you consider the number of calls gotten at CRO on a daily basis, the number of mistakes is quite low.

So you can only pick your tickets up on the day of the party??? :confused3

I wanted to pick them up a couple days before so I didn't have to worry about it on the day of the party. Will I be able to do this???

I was also told we could pick them up a few days before if we wanted.

Don't they mail the tickets when you order this far in advance? I had mine mailed in 2001 for MNSSHP and in 2004 for MVMCP. Planning to order this year and have them mailed too.

With the AP discount, they have to be picked up so they can see the AP. (Some were able to get them mailed though.) Others don't have them mailed so they can save the shipping fee.

I ordered my tickets this way (ap discount) and was told by the cm they could be picked up anytime after we arrived. One thing, I haven't been charged on my credit card yet and I probably ordered these two months ago. Just thought about this the other night. I had to go through hoops to finally find somebody who could sell me these tickets on the phone so I have no idea what number I orginally called. Does anybody know the number and any reason my credit card wouldn't have been charged?

When I ordered the tickets, I just used the regular 407-W-Disney number....maybe they can transfer you to the right place? My credit card was charged right away back in April.

Me too! I called the regualar # and my card was charged within a week.

I'm glad I'll be able to pick them up before the day of the party!!

I was originally told I could only pick our tickets up the day of the party, but decided later I'd feel better with them in hand. I called last week and asked that they be mailed to us. The CM said sure, no problem, and charged me $3 to mail them.

I figured that if most tickets are will-call, the line is going to be REALLY long to get them. I'd rather not do that if we don't have to.

I just called and asked them about this. I was told by a rather grumpy cm that some agents do this but they aren't supposed to. She assured me I can pick up my tickets anytime, at any of the theme parks but they need to see my valid AP before they will give them to me. I offered to give her my AP and cc# so she could mail them and charge me $3 but she said no way. Then she told me she knew of a couple of people who do this but she won't. I jokingly asked if she could transfer me to one of them and she hung up! Now I need to figure out why I haven't been charged on my credit card for the purchase. She showed it being charged but my card statements don't. If she hadn't hung up on me I maybe could have pursued that one a bit further. At least I verified my tickets do exist in WDW's system.

Wow, you really DID get a grumpy CM. The response seems a bit drastic for just asking the question! I'd call back and try for a nicer CM.

It sounds like another of Disney's left hand not quite knowing what the other hand is doing all the time.

UPDATE....just now got my tickets in the mail. So someone IS mailing them out. They're the hard plastic tickets! - with Mickey, 2 Donalds and a Goofy. They came with a nice letter explaining about costumes shouldn't drag on the ground, no toy weapons that can be mistaken for the real thing, LTT for $22.99, etc.

We're going to MNSSHP on Oct. 25. (And I have the tickets to prove it! :goodvibes)
