Confirmed reservations dvc refund

Has anyone had a confirmed reservation special they purchased through the DVC rental store and had The reservation canceled either by Disney or the owner? I am wondering what they do about a refund or do they just give you credit back.

You'd need to talk to the broker you rented from.

Most DVC rentals aren’t non refundable so it depends on your contract and whether the broker is doing anything different during this situation.

I did get a response from the DVC rental store rep and they are giving 'credit' if Disney cancels. Hopefully this won't be the case.

When are you going? What likely might happen is that if the reservation is cancelled and you are already there, they might be able to put you in one of the 1000s of confirmed reservations they have, if it's the same date and assuming they can reach the owner of that rental to put you up there....
