Confirmation?

I booked a 7 night Eastern Carribean this morning for June2017 :love:

I booked 3 rooms, but the other 2 staterooms I put different email addresses on the 2nd and 3rd room since someone else is staying in them. I can now only see my 1st room under reservations now :(. I didn't get an email with a confirmation for the other 2 rooms and neither did the other people!

I'm on hold with Disney right now.. Anyone know another way to figure this out?
 
If you happened to write down the reservation number, with the new website you can Add a Reservation to your profile. If they are in your name and you can authenticate accordingly this may work while you wait. You can access this from the main page and select My Disney Cruise / My Reservations / Add Reservation.

I think that it ties the reservation to your Disney account based on the email address that is associated with that account. So if the email address that is on your reservations account is not the same as the reservation it won't show up. Hopefully they will be able to help you get it straightened out! Which June sailing are you on? We are on the June 3rd one :flower:
 
I'm having a similar problem - I only got an email confirmation for one of our bookings, actually the one not under my name.

How would I look up reservations online? I figured trying to call them back today would be kind of difficult...

I did check and both deposits went through so I trust that means something good and its more likely the email addresses got messed up...
 

I, too, made a reservation online this morning (only 1 cabin) and have not received an email confirmation. However, when I logged in to see my reservations I didn't even have to 'add' the new reservation number as it was already there and all details correct.

I think maybe their system is just overwhelmed today and we'll eventually receive the email confirmation, too. I don't want to sit on the phone for ages today just to ask why I didn't get an email since it's still showing up under my reservations. If the email doesn't arrive in a few days I'll probably give them a call at that point.

We are on the June 3rd also!

When I log into the website I can see just one room, I created my mom an account using the email I put on her room but her reservation still didn't show up.
 
I booked two cruises yesterday in the AM. Did not receive my email conformations until after 5:00 pm last night.
The first days the system can be a little slow. If they show on your CC then you should be good.

I hadn't even checked to see if my cruise was on the website (booked through a travel agency this time), so the only confirmation that I received was from them. Logged in and checked just to make sure it was showing on Disney's side! I have been planning this cruise in my mind for over 2 years, my nightmare is having something screw up with it LOL
 
I put holds on 2 rooms, but only 1 is showing up in my account and no emails. Since it sounds like it's a common problem, I won't freak out. (I'm freaking out a little)
 
Waited on hold for 45 minutes during my lunch break, kept my phone on speaker the whole time and finally on the way back to work I was able to talk to someone, got the numbers and they resent confirmation so everyone has received it now : ) I probably would have waited longer to call but I had to correct one of the email address ;)
