Confirmation

Does your confirmation usually show your room request? I paid my package in full and made a room request and my invoice shows only: Special request: Plz call in advance for dining.... I have never made a room request so I am not sure if it suppose to show up on the confirmation. Anyone know? TIA

I have had the opposite experience....my requests have shown on my confirmation.

Things that are paid requests (room categories) - like Preferred Room, Tower View, Water View - show on the confirmation. Requests like "third floor", "corner room" - they don't show on the confirmation.

I don't make requests that often, but when I do, they always appear on my confirmation with "NOT GTD" after the stated request; which I do understand that requests are just that....requests...and there's no guarantee I'll get it. But they do always show up on my paperwork.

I am staying at CSR and requested Cabanas 8a, 8b, 9a or 9b... I realize a request is not a guarantee, but figure at least a request improves my odds.

Have always request one request & it was always on my email back from them & on my final paywork after the 45 days mark. But it did say not GTD. Which I knew
