Confirmation of reservation

I booked a vacation package with Disney reservations several weeks ago and have never received any paperwork by mail as confirmation. I have always received paperwork in the past, has anything changed ? I know I have a reservation because I can view the details on the Disney website.

My suggestion is to call them and ask them why you have not got you're confirmation in the mail and until you do get something I would print off the details of you're reservation off the Disney website, because this way you at least have that as proof.

I would also ask them about e-mail you're confirmation, however I think that is only done for room only reservations. Although you can ask them to do that and see what they say.

I booked our Dec. vacation by phone about a month ago and received an email confirmation with all information listed. Make sure yours didn't go into your spam folder. Also, mine shows up on the WDW site after I log in with my user name. You have to click on the "My Disney Vacation" at the top of the page. If none of the above shows anything for you, I'd definitely call just to make sure your ressie went through.

We booked in May for Sept. trip. I never got an E-mail confirmation but did get an initial confirmation letter about 2 weeks after booking. About 2 weeks ago (trip is Sept 14-21) I got the full info in the mail, along with mini golf vouchers, luggage tags, etc.
