hey everyone I recently returned from a trip to disney world and some nights at AKL... welll at check in I was told My balance was over double what My original price was and there was no deposit showing... well after the initial recovery I proceeded to tell the CM that I thought there was a mistake with the amount could she check it again... was told nope that was absolutely right. well I then produced the confirmation letter ( Ya'll know the ones that we are told aren't neccessary) with all the information on it and she blinked a moment disappeared int the back for 15 - 30 minutes before returning to say that everything was straightened out.. ((that was it no explanation no nothing... other than that I was lucky I had the letter... ???) this was the same trip that I needed to speak with the front desk to find out My second room number...so I called them on the phone...anddddddddd after holding for 30 minutes with absolutely no pick up no nothing but music I had to go down to the desk only to be told that I would have to call for this situation...welll after explaining I had tried this for 30 minutes with no answer they finally "relented" and told me the room number.
