Confirmation for DC room

I just booked my ressie the first day the new DC rates came out. Has anyone received their confirmation in the mail who also booked that day? I received some vacation planning info but that is all. Is that what usually happens? I'm a newbie to the DC so need reassurance on how it works. Thanks!

I rebooked mine the minute they were open on the first day, Exactly at 7:00 AM and have not gotten a confirmation of the change as of yet. I orginally had it booked at rack rate and they applied the DC discount. She did say I would get a confirmation showing the change.

Thanks for your reply. I did the same thing, rebooked with the discount. Now I won't worry.

WDTC is notoriously slow at getting out the confirmations for reservations. I think the last time I had booked with them it took close to 20 days! I also don't like the res forms the travel co uses vs CRO--not the same as that BIG yellow welcome envelope!

Here's hoping for an AP or code rate after January!

I got my confirmation today so you should be getting yours soon. I even got the one I made a few days later when I got ASMo with a DC discount for December.
