Just got back from the fort. Not really sure what is going on with the reservation system but basically everything was screwed up.
1. Upon check-in found that reservation was for 2011 instead of 2010. No worries - in typical Disney fashion they took care of us. The nice hostess who took care of me saud it was her second one this week.
2. Sleigh ride reservation was lost.
3. Character breakfast was also lost.
