woot...I bike 3 miles a day...that's about it...I should be doing more...but I just haven't really gotton there.
Same here...that's why I can't do that.
BUT...I have been trying to do an actual push up everyday this week. I think I'm getting closer.....yay

I always wanted to do yoga...I think that's what we do next year in Physical Education...I hope so. lolI think yoga and pilates are great to build muscle.
Thats proably the only reason why I can even do 8 push ups lmao.
3 miles on a bike...thats hardcore. I could probably do it once a few days. I hate biking though.
