Same here...that's why I can't do that.
BUT...I have been trying to do an actual push up everyday this week. I think I'm getting closer. :D....yay

I think yoga and pilates are great to build muscle.
Thats proably the only reason why I can even do 8 push ups lmao.
 
I can do..maybe ten really bad ones.

I should work out more. And tone up.

Awe well. I'll do it Tomorrow.

I haven't rode a bike in awhile :X
I'm not so good.
One time when I rode it,I hit a car. lol

But yea,I need to excersise more too.
Just gotta get some motivation.

I always wanted to do yoga...I think that's what we do next year in Physical Education...I hope so. lol

3 miles on a bike...thats hardcore. I could probably do it once a few days. I hate biking though.

It's not like outside. It's on those exercise bikes...Which I'm not sure would be exactly the same, but I used to for like 2 weeks go 2 miles outside. Then I thought it got to hot so I just used the bike in my mom's bedroom. I hate biking too, but I figured I'd better start doing something...I feel better after I get done though. :]
 
i walked 7miles and then biked 8miles.
my dad was in shock.
he thinks i'm some lazy couch potato
 
omg..I started trying to do crunches everyday. My lower back...hurt. So I stopped. lol But I should start doing it again..
 
It shouldn't hurt if you're doing it right. That's what my volleyball coach used to say.

My dance teacher says that too. I have heard some people have put oranges under their chins to learn how to properly do crunches.

Hmm, well my back still hurt. I'm not sure..it might be our floor. We had to do lots of sit ups for our physical fitness test and we had the mat things out...and my back didn't hurt....I don't know.
Which reminds me no more fitness tests ever again. They made us run a mile....let me say it was NOT fun. Biking...yah....running...HAH..yea right.
