Conference Room?

We're having a family reunion on the Disney Wonder and were wondering if anyone knows if there is a private room (like a conference room or something) available if we wanted to have a private gathering for an hour or so one night. Thanks for all your help!

Yes - there is a conference room - I think on lvl 2 - you can rent it out.... if it's not scheduled for some other use....

We wanted to rent out a conference room onboard the Wonder and they wouldn't hear of it!

Just a quick update, I called Disney and they let us reserve a room for an hour on our at sea day. They also said they could provide food and audio visual equipment if we need it. I have the contact number if anyone is interested in the future!

We rented out the ESPN club when it was still on the Magic for my DD's H.S. graduation party. I had called DCL months before we sailed and talked with a coordinator on land and then they gave me the name of the coordinator on the ship who would take over the arrangements once we got onboard.

I had originally wanted to rent out the Buena Vista Theatre and show the DVD on that huge screen but it was not available.

We rented the ESPN club out for about 90 minutes and I had brought along a DVD we made of pics of our DD from birth through H.S. graduation...we had a group of about 20 people and they showed the DVD on the big screen (and all the little screens) in the ESPN Club....DD was blown away and quite surprised we pulled it off. I get teary eyed even now thinking about her seeing what we had put together for her.

DCL was great and even made up a fake invitation inviting us all to some seminar in the club just to get DD there without her being suspicious. Worked out great!!!

I also ordered canned soda, pastry, coffee, tea, juice.....I think the food items came to about $75.00 and the AV guy cost a standard $50.00. This was back in August of 2002.
