I tried this post on the community board but it got burried in about 30 minutes. Keep in mind I'm looking to buy not rent.
I see that they are constantly building new Condos/townhomes to the south of 417 between the Airport and WDW. Does anyone know anything about them i.e. square footage, price, condo fees etc? I've tried searching online and I really can't come up with anything. I'm hoping some of you may know some names of the developments or something so I can do some research without having to register and being subjected to a barrage of email and phone calls. My parents are looking to move to FL and I'm always looking to mooch a free stay. It's a win win! Any info you could provide would be great.
