I saw a blurb somewhere about WDW building single homes & townhouses & Condos for sale. Has anyone else sseen this?

I think that this may be related to the Four Seasons project. Not a disney project.

I think it was for real & these would be built on a current golf course. It could have been April fools but I think I saw it before yesterday.

The property is being deannexed from Disney property. It is part of the Four Seasons project.
