Condominium Association Meeting 12/4/07

Now that there will be only Condominium Association Meeting will the DVC staff provide somewhat detailed minutes of the meeting to those who would request minutes? Or perhaps they could post them on the member website?
I have gone to meetings in the past and have taken notes but this year we are leaving WDW on 12/2 so I would like minutes detailing as to where the member fees will be used and hopefully a completion date for projects such as replacement of furnishings and how our the allocated for projects on common grounds outside of the DVC resort (Beach Club, Boardwalk and Wilderness Lodge Resorts) are being used..
What are the chances of seeing such detailed minutes or any minutes at all?

They do keep minutes because part of the formal meeting is accepting the minutes from the year before. However, I think it's only for the formal business meeting (accepting the budget, etc), not the member meeting afterwards.

I would be surprised if they did publish them because then they would be held accountable for what was said. The last one I attended in 2003 they said BWV was going to get coffee tables in the studios and HD TV's. I don't think either has happened.

With the combined meeting, it will be interesting to see how much resort information they give, considering the time constraints (usually 1 hour total).

That's Odd. We've gotten a break down list with all this info in the mail every year since we joined in 98. Although the info only covers our home resort.
