Hi Lori! I stayed at Windsor Hills last year. LOVED IT! We used Florida Sun Vacation Homes as the booking agent. All went smoothly. They have a huge selection to choose from-good luck!

try lake buena vista resort and spa. They have 3 bedroom units. We are staying there in December - 4 adults and 1 kid in a 3 bed 2 bath but they have 3 bed 3 bath too. It looks really nice, great pool with a pirate ship. Only thing is no housekeeping unless you pay. Have shuttle service if you won't have a car but the shuttlel only operates 2x a day. Do some research about them online. They get great reviews. They are not a timeshare so no pressure. Very handy to the parks and Walmart is nearby. We are also going to have groceries delivered via Wegoshop. Never used them so hoping they are good but beats spending time grocery shopping. Also, 3 at Lake Buena Vista Resort the 3 bed 2 bath are in newer buildings 3 & 5, 3 bed 3 bath are in building 1 & 2, older buildings.

Other choice we had was Lake Eve Resort for 3 bedroom but too expensive for us.

Good Luck!

I like Cypress Pointe and Cypress Pointe Grand Villas. They have tons of three bedroom / three bath units. (Lake Buena Vista location close to downtown Disney). You can rent from timeshare owners on TUG2.net or Redweek.com. They also do retail rentals.

We've also rented from Florida Sun Vacation homes and loved it. The property was located in Windor Hills, so close to the parks and very nice. The pool area was great for winding down after a long day. Our condo was on the first floor (perfect for carrying in luggage for 6!!) and soo nice! We'd rent again from them in a second. I actually found the condo on www.windsorhillsrents.com They list properties individually owned and fsvh happened to be the property management co for our owners.

We rented a 3 bedroom condo at Windsor Hills from these people: www.vacationcentralflorida.com last Thanksgiving and we LOVED it! We were super close to the parks, that was the biggest surprise to me. I don't think I will ever stay onsite again.

we stayed here in march. it was great. very close to disney - short ride. we wound up taking taxis a lot b/c the shuttles weren't very convenient for both ways. we loved the jacuzzi! kids loved the pool and pirate ship water slide.

there is a walmart down the street - driving distance.

have a great time!

We are currently staying at Floridays Resort. They have 2 and 3 br condos. Not too far from the parks and shuttle is available too. I highly reccomend this place. VERY NICE and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

Windsor Hills
Condo: Unit 205 at 7650 Comrow.
Rent thru Magical Vacation Homes.com, look for "Location, location location"

Pool view. Close to all ammenities. Nicely decorated. Especially great if you need to sleep three in one bedroom.

I am renting a 3bdrm townhouse from vacationcentralflorida.com this fall and have had very nice communication and to be honest pretty good pricing and policies. They have a variety of homes and online reserving. I sorted through TONS of responses and went with them.

I second this! I am here at Windsor Hills now and rented from the same people. FANTASTIC experience! We are totally in love with this place and I don't know that we will ever stay onsite again unless it's for a quick weekend getaway. You just can't beat 3br/2 full baths, extremely clean, fully-equipped kitchen, and Disney decorated for 8 people for a week that costs less than one room at a Value resort for the week. I had read it was close to the parks, and I hoped it would not seem like we were too far away from everything, but even the kids remarked how nice it was not to have to stand and wait for the bus and then sit on the bus for 15, 20, 25 minutes, and then still have to walk back to the room! From the time we left the condo to the time we went through the bag check at MK, it was a half hour. Going to Epcot today was maybe 15 minutes? It was pretty fast!

Anyway, the vacationcentralflorida people couldn't be nicer or easier to work with, the condo is great and very close to the parks, the whole experience has been fantastic, I highly recommend it!:thumbsup2

Have stayed twice @ WH, and my family loves the place. Our favorite owner to stay with is mickeyscondo.com She takes care of her guests.

I am going again in January and just got back from WDW yesterday. I am a diva and have stayed on property for the last 10 years.(Deluxe resorts too!) But, reality and the economy got in the way this time.
We stayed at World Quest Orlando. We got a 3 bdr/2 bath for (not kidding here!) $139.00 a night! World Quest is a new condo place that is literally 1 mile away from WDW. All we had to do was jump on the road and bam! We were there.
I will not stay on property anymore. I will stay with these guys. I would rather spend my money on extra days and souvenirs. Good luck!

We stayed at Windsor Hills Fantasia in January and were very happy. The website is DisneyHomeForYou.com
