Condo Owners Meeting Question

I see that the times are now available for the meeting on Dec 13th at the convention center at the Contemporary. When you sign up to say you will be attending it asks if you will be attending the Board meeting (2:00), Member meeting (2:10) or both. For the sake of the 10 minutes I figured we would go to both. To anyone who has attended in the past - Have you attended both meetings? Any good reason not to? Thanks!

The meetings in the past were more of a dog and pony show. Last year they really went over the top with entertainment.

This year they have announced that it is all strictly business and they have eliminated the questions from the members open mic.

They did say that there will be people available to answer questions one on one after the meetings.

We have attended several in the past and the new changes have made us not want to attend in the future. I am sure that is why they made the changes.

They wouldn't have the meetings at all if they were not required by the association.
