Concourse Steakhouse?

We just got back from the World earlier this month. Our best meal was at the Concourse Steakhouse. We had the filet mignon which was delicious. I like my meat done so they butterflied it and it was great! We try to get there every trip. By the way, we also ate at the Yachtsman Steakhouse and the service and steak was better at the Concourse. Go figure!

It is very hit or miss. I have had one of the best Prime Rib Dinners ever at that place, but last april, I had the poorest philly cheese steak smmich I have ever had.

Just depends.

We had a very good meal there in Oct. We had the filet, and the onion soup was very good. Also had smoothies that were great.

Our server, however, was another story.

Well, it used to be our absolute favorite, but things have changed. Basic breakfasts are good - no complaints about the eggs and bacon and such. HOWEVER, do not get a Sticky Mickey. They have changed the recipe and are no longer warm and gooey goodness, more like wheat bread with insta-icing on top. It's still a fairly quick and stress free meal unless you have little kids. Then they may be too fascinated by the monorail to eat or too jealous of the noise and characters next door at Chef Mickey's, which is clearly visible, to allow you to eat your breakfast in peace. I would say yes if your kids are over age 8 (or no kids) and you don't require sweets for breakfast.

Please, oh please, never attempt to get a "Philly Cheese Steak" outside of Philly. :goodvibes

My family seems to think it's hit or miss but I love eating here and have never once been disappointed in my prime rib and onion soup. Well they can't hate it too much since everyone agreed to eat here again in Feb.

I went last time I went. AHHH It was sooo good. I loved it. They had the best hamburgers I think I ever had.

((Adding onto my other post- Not to mention my mom loved their drinks. xD Haha))

We had breakfast there twice our last trip (10/29 to 11/8) and enjoyed it both times. We've had breakfast and dinner there many times in the past and have always had a great experience. The prime rib was really good, but it's their breakfast menu I prefer: eggs benedict are excellent, a tomato and spinach omelet which was very tasty, and always Sticky Mickeys (which were warm -- in fact hot, one time -- with enough goo to make my fingers sticky). We've always had great service there as well. We'll be sorry to see it moved to the first floor.

We had a wonderful meal there on Nov. 7th--our last night :guilty: My husband had the pasta with shrimp, and I had the New York strip. Both were top notch and one of our favorite meals of the trip. P.S. the butterfinger cheesecake was amazing!! Deb
