I've never been to Concourse, so can't comment on that. But I've eaten at WCC 3 or 4 times. We love WCC, but I have to admit it's not for the timid.
The food is served family style, and is sort of a western ranch type of food. Corn, beans, meats, etc. I love this kind of food, myself, but it may be blase for some.
Now what you really need to ask yourself is this: will all the noise in that place distract me from my meal? They have little pony races for the kids in there, they have the men in each party do sort of a song and dance routine, among other things, and it's just generally a very loud experience. Again, we love this kind of thing, but it's certainly not for everyone.
