concourse & chef mickey's renovations

I have heard, and seen pictures from the contemporary resort of the renovations currently ongoing at the Contemporary Hotel.

Does anyone know if these renovations will affect the operation of either of these two restaurants. I have Resi's for the free dining period and was wondering if it is still operating, and if so do you have to eat surrounded by workers and there accompaning irritating noise?

I was just reading through the Disney Resorts site and I came across the thread "BREAKING Contemporary Resort News", it will answer your question somewhat , the Contemporary have been shifting around the restaurants.
