or am i imagining something?? LOL

I'm not ConcKahuma, but he may have been talking about this:

Noodle Bowl - with wok fried coconut tofu, soy beans, sugar snap peas, bok choy and shiitake mushrooms in a red curry broth $22 - Lunch & Dinner same price.

I had this a few years ago. I thought it was really good, and I don't normally care for tofu.

we will be eating there next trip, so I am thinking already about what to eat........LOL

I always mean to try something new and fabulous when I go to the Brown Derby, but every time I go, I can't help but order the amazing Cobb Salad. I think it's the only thing that I've ever actually had as an entree there.

And now I'm craving it.

We've gotten to the point where we split the Cobb Salad as an appetizer, then order whatever entree we wish

That'd work. Except that Scott doesn't like avocado. Or raw tomatoes. Or bleu cheese. Or hard boiled eggs. Take all that away, and it's just chopped greens and bacon. NOT what I want.

So, if I want it, it's gonna be all mine. Which is fine by me, it's yummy!

That was why I went for the tofu thing on the day I did. It was lunch time and WAY too hot for anything heavy, but I don't like the cobb salad.

We had Cobb salad at Brown Derby when we did Lunch with an Imagineer. It was served with a giant stalk of something protruding from the plate. I think it was supposed to look like a swan. DH and DS were completely freaked out.

It's kind of funny. I didn't dislike Brown Derby, but we have never been back to eat there. Huh. Maybe next year.

I've never heard of that before. And certainly never had anything like that on he Cobb Salad's I've eaten there.

This was in 2006. Maybe it is something they just do for the Imagineer thing? It was celery. Or a palm frond. Or something. The only pics we have are of us with the Imagineer. I should have snapped a pic of the salad!
