I am trying to determine if this is worth the added fee. Can someone please tell me what benefits are offered and included?
Thank you! It is difficult having never taken a cruise to determine the added benefits.
Just a warning. I was in your shoes and cruised Disney concierge on the Dream as my families first cruise. It was wonderful and my family is now sadly spoiled. Just be careful because all other cruises will be compared to this first.
Found this on a FB group I belong to:
Disney Cruise Line's Approach to Concierge Service.

þNoting dining time and table preferences
þMaking reservations for Palo, the ships' elite specialty restaurant
þPlanning special occasions and onboard celebrations
þHandling special requests of all types, such as providing extra stateroom pillows or noting other personal preferences

þIn-suite dining options from the rotating restaurant menus

þTwo Bedroom Suite: This 945-square foot suite also has a private veranda, two bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The whirlpool tubs and wet bar are favorite amenities, and the cabin accommodates up to seven passengers.

In addition, all the concierge level suites include upgraded features such as higher-quality sheets, linens, pillows and duvets, as well as robes and slippers. A selection of board games, a personal DVD and CD library are also included, as well as daily treats like fresh fruit, cookies, and canapés.
Exclusive, Stress-Free Cruising
Concierge service on a Disney Cruise is a pampering, exclusive service offered only to the most elite staterooms on Disney's fleet of ships, and it can make a fantastic vacation even more memorable. Some travelers may be intimidated by the extra cost, but you do get what you pay for, and there are a lot of great deals and freebies to take advantage of. As the self-confessed skin flint said in his review, "In the end, we calculated that we only spent a couple hundred dollars more than if we had booked one of the cheaper rooms. Once we took into account that the room that was nearly twice the size and included a veranda and all the extra services that cannot be valued with a dollar amount, the trip was well worth the extra expense."

What is 'Disney's Elite Concierge' and what does it include that regular concierge doesn't?
We just got off the Wonder in concierge class today and wow, I was blown away by how awesome it was. Even though the classic ships don't have the lounge, I still thought it was worth the cost. Actually we just really wanted the suite and got the concierge whether we wanted it or not, but since we had it we thought we'd make the most out of it.
Our party was me, dh, ds (age 4) and dd (age 2). Among other things, we used the concierge for:
-shoreside, determining the best night of our 5 night cruise to go to Palo (we didn't want to miss semi-formal or pirate night in the MDRs), then making that reservation including nursery time.
-In-suite full breakfast. Eggs Benedict right in my own room? Don't mind if I do!
-Last-minute nursery reservations, we called the nursery directly one night and they had no room for 10-12 the next morning. An hour later we called our concierge and it was all arranged for us, no problem. Another time we decided at the last minute to eat alone in the MDR. Our dinner seating was 8:15 and at 7:00 we called concierge to see if they could fit dd in just an hour later--again, no problem.
-Sodas and Evian in-suite at no charge. We don't drink much soda, but getting the free bottles of water was definitely a nice perk.
-We had a problem at Shutters getting the border changed on a picture we liked. The crew member at Shutters seemed to be confused, then told us he couldn't remove the border and swap it out with a different one (which of course he could). We got frustrated, then paid for no border at all. Later we called the concierge and he talked to the Shutters manager and within a few minutes not only had the border we wanted, but he delivered it directly to our room.
-Free snacks--yay!
-Arranged a massage when the spa was "full" and I decided last minute to get one.
-First on, first off, first to get luggage, awesome.
-Several other things that aren't coming to mind
We also found them to be very thoughtful. One night ds wanted a bowl of vanilla ice cream with Mickey sprinkles. I know I could have called room service directly with this request, but called the concierge instead and we had our ice cream with plenty of Mickey sprinkles, plus two spoons because our concierge thought that dd might want to share too--something we didn't even think about.
In short, it was just plain nice to have someone take care of any details we wanted. But I agree with other posters, it's going to be hard to cruise without a concierge now! It's going to take us a few years to save up again to splurge like that, but I can't see myself cruising any other way from now on.![]()
Just adding that though it says concierge can book starting at 120 days, it has recently started to offer contacting shoreside concierge at 150 days if PIF to submit your requests and reserve things that are confirmed at 120 days.
You can only order Palo in the room if you are in the Royal Suites. When we did it on the Wonder earlier this year, there was not a charge as we were told it was included as a perk of the room.Hi all!!
Can someone please tell me...are the Palo and Remy fees waived for concierge guests when you order those in room??
I've read you can order off those two menus and dine in suite, but was wondering if it additional.
Also. Someone mentioned ordering movies and received popcorn/snacks. Is there a listing of movies they have on board that I could access now or is that something I would just ask the attendant during our stay??
Trying to be prepared.
Thanks so much!!!!!!

The Wonder doesn't have Remy but I have not heard of being served Remy in the suite before.
