Concierge upgrade at port? How much?

it will depend on which concierge room type you want to upgrade to. Keep in mind that typically the Fantasy has the most expensive concierge rooms in the fleet.

Actually the Wonder and Magic's summer cruises to Alaska and Europe have by far the most expensive concierge staterooms of the fleet.

You are correct. I was referring to cruises out of port Canaveral.

We upgraded at the port in January 2014. Eastern on the Fantasy, 2 adults, and we went from 6D (veranda) to a 1 bedroom suite. It was $875 per person for the upgrade. We paid just under 3K for the original stateroom. 1 bedroom back then was going for about 12K for 2 ppl at the rack rate.
We sailed the same itinerary this January and were the first ones in the upgrade line at the port. There was 1(!) CL stateroom showing available on the DCL site (1 bedroom suite) up until the night before sailing. Cast member at the desk told us that the suite went at 11.30 PM the night before sailing - someone upgraded at the full price, didn't want to take a chance of not having it.
We enjoyed our 5D cat room very much! It's like one of the posters said earlier - book what you're happy with and take it from there. CL was fantastic though! Wish we get to an income level where booking it at the full price is not a big deal! Good luck with your upgrade
