We have a concierge room booked at PPH for our upcoming trip. I have heard for concierge service that they will book or make reservations for you. Will they do that for you in the weeks leading up to your check in day and or only after you are there?
We would like to go on the LA/Hollywood Experience tour. There really isn't any info on the DL website other than paying for the tour as to which days you can take the tour or does it go everyday and how do you reserve a certain day to go on the tour.
Will they have this info at the concierge desk and will they schedule it for me now?
