the poly concierge is great they managed to get all my ps, warned us about epcot resturants closing early on the 4th and 5th of may. and managed to get me the last seating so far for dinner at the castle on my birthday may 5th I can't wait for my trip 38 days til i go

Thanks for all of the comments! Concierge service just keeps getting better and better. Yesterday I emailed Tara again, to ask about a PS at 'Ohana on the night I want the cake delivered, and she replied, telling me that she noted on my concierge itinerary that they will book us there at a time to coincide with the fireworks that night. So instead of wondering and waiting to find out the fireworks schedule for our trip, I can totally leave the PS planning to concierge. I feel confident they will book us at the right time for viewing the fireworks from the restaurant.

I would like to get my PS taken care of, but is it ok to wait til 90 days when concierge can find out EMH so that I can finalize what day want my PS, then have them book my PS? Its enough time to get PS done if theyre w/in the 90 days, not exactly the 90th day? Guess what Im asking is, Im assuming concierge can get PS w/in the 90 days, dont have to book 90th day exactly at 655am?
