Concierge room service

No. If you want to order dinner to be served in your cabin, the concierge will supply you with menus. There are limited hours when you will be able to be served.

The regular room service menu is available 24/7, and there are items available only to concierge level guests.

I didn't know that! Can you elaborate?:thumbsup2

I have a few more questions...

1. Can you order from the main dining rooms for breakfast lunch and dinner? I think I have read there is a specific time for dinner. Is it during your scheduled dinner seating? If I have the early seating, can I order during the second?

2. Are there physical tickets for your assign dinner show or can you show up at either?

Thanks in advance!

Bumping this up. Can anyone answer that last question. What are the room service items available only to concierge guests? I don't mean the full service breakfast or dinner, but room service "items."

I am interested in this info too. We have concierge level for our cruise but I would love more details from people who have done it.

We have been concierge guests on multiple cruises with the large dining room table and I cannot, for the life of me, think of any extra options offered from regular room service. There might have been options available, but we were never told about those on any of our cruises. Perhaps, the OP is referring to the possibility of ordering from the MDR choices if you have a suite with a table or Palo's if you are in a Royal or two bedroom on the classics.

We did, for example, have our freezer filled with Mickey bars (our request) on our last cruise. However, again, I would think if there were extra options, we would have been told.

I will also mention that concierge guests do seem to be held to the same standards as everyone else. For example, although we could get room service on the last morning (cold breakfast) on the classic ships, that option was not possible on the new ships. In addition, we were held to ordering from the MDRs and Palo during regular hours. No, you could not order a chocolate souffle from Palo at 9 am! Also, the last evening on our last cruise, we hit the same bottleneck of people calling for room service. After 30 minutes on hold to place an order, I gave up. I guess we could have had our concierge take care of it, but I hate to bother.

I too would love to know what the other items are. We usually cruise concierge and have ordered from the breakfast and lunch menu in our suite but never knew of anything else available

From what I remember "room service food" was the same as any other cabin.
The only thing special I asked for was scones from the Palo High Tea. I really wanted to taste them but could not make it to Palo. It was arranged one afternoon. Sure was yummy. :hippie:
