Concierge room request

To those that have stayed concierge do you make your request thru the room assignor or do you make it directly thru the concierge staff?

I'd like to get a savannah view....but I don't know how I should make the request...it is on my reservation and I had mentioned it to the concierge staff in a previous email. Since this is my first concierge stay....I'm not sure if it is handled differently than a regular room request. Thanks!!

I was in this same predicament. Just be sure that you have sav. view as your NUMBER ONE REQUEST and I think you're sure to get it...Don't worry about the room assignor. I had it as my #1 request thru CRO and then again with Concierge. Just email concierge again to "confirm" that that is your #1 room request

Mep319, I always make my request at the time of booking (through either WDTC, CRO, or Dreams Unlimited Travel).

I hope you enjoy your AKL stay. It is an incredible resort with a top-notch concierge staff.
