Concierge ressies? Help please

I called MS yesterday about trying to get the Hotel Del Coronado for July 20-23. The answer I got was that because I am less than 60 days from the end of my use year I can't do this. I don't have any 04 points as I banked them into 05 use year. I told her I would borrow from 05 to do this. What is the reason for the 60 day restriciton. I am willing to take the chance that if soemthing happens I lose the points. It says on the member site you can use borrowed points so I don't think that is the problem and it says you can make reservations up to 7 days before the trip. Anyone got any info about this? I will probably try to call back today and see if I get a different answer but if someone has definite info before I get that chance I would appreciate any help you can offer.

The rule is that you can not BOOK a Disney Collection, Concierge Collection or Adventurer Collection reservation in the last 60 days of your use year. You can stay during that time, but it must be booked before the last 60 days of your use year.

Thanks - just found my member guidebook ( don't know why i suddenly remembered where it was after posting the question) and after reading it had a better understanding - now to see if there are any points left on my daughter's April use year contract. This has not been one of my better years for keeping track of when to get things done- actually just realized the Coronado was a possibility so couldn't have done it earlier anyway. It's a lot of points but you only go this way once so might as well splurge once in awhile.
