Concierge reception?

Last year we did the 7 day Eastern,spoiled in a suite, and the kids loved the concierge reception that was held early one evening as several characters came by with no lines to wait in.
We would like to do the reception again this year on our Western cruise to catch a few more of those Kodak moments. Can anyone tell me what day/time this is held,yes I'm a planning freak,it's half the fun!

On the 12/21 cruise it was really early. I believe 10:30 or 10:45 a.m. on the first sea day. It was a little to early and we actually meant to go, but got to busy doing other things that we forgot.
