Concierge Palo question

Our 125 days is coming up, and I am preparing to talk to shoreside about our trip. We are staying in the Walt suite. I had heard that we could have Palo in the room, and we hope to do that if it's still a perk. Do we request that with shoreside or on the boat? Thanks!!!

Our experience has been that you will schedule this once aboard the ship. The concierge will handle it for you.

Request it on the ship the day that you want it. You then will give the concierge your order. You need to get your order in by 4pm. It takes a long time between courses, so you are prepared.

We had them bring multiple courses early but the dessert took a while to get delivered. We tipped our server well as he was running back and forth getting the food.

I believe they can but when we have checked in at 120 days, we have never had a problem getting exactly what we wanted.

Yes, shoreside does that now as well. We used them to get tickets for M&Gs and the Disney Jr breakfast for our cruise this summer.
