Concierge..oh yeah!

I just called Member Services and was able to add on two nights at Jambo Concierge for our May trip with friends! We will arrive a few days before our friends and enjoy some quiet family time before moving over to Kidani with them!

I'm soooo excited!

Did you use the IP office at all? Where did you check in?!

What does IP mean??

We went directly to Bell Services inside the lobby and they take you up to the 6th floor to check-in. There is a podium outside that says Club Level check-in, but I guess people were standing in front of it so we didn't see it until we were leaving.

IP = Itinerary Planning Office. They will book dining reservations, tours, etc for you as part of your concierge level stay.

Yes we did. it worked really well. I sent an e-mail when we decided on where we wanted to go and they booked it all for us. It was very easy. A lot easier than calling member services or Disney dining. We got everything we asked for.

We are staying Concierge in September and can't wait. We did use the IPO to make some dining and golf reservations for us.
