Concierge Level

If staying concierge level in Disneyland can I expect an email from the hotel concierge to help with any last minute needs like in Disneyworld?

I have stayed at GCH concierge and never received an email or phone call from the concierge.

I've stayed concierge at PPH several times, and have received a phone call prior to our visit.

I've stayed Concierge at all 3, and no phone calls. But they are right there when you arrive. What are you looking for them to do for you?

I've received phone calls and email!
Not sure why, but I pretty much expect it now since it always happens. Last time was DLH in August. They take care of everything from getting dinner reservations and answering any odd questions. We were unable to book Blue Bayou online but they were able to get us a table. It was really nice.

We've stayed concierge level a couple times at Disneyland & never did we receive a phone call or email.
