Oh, you are in for a treat!!

The rooms are all Savannah view (the center savannah, the one with the big rock, can't remember the name) on the 4th floor. The club lounge is on the 6th fl.
So sign up for the Sunrise Safari (offered Sun & Thurs). You get up early, but it is so worth it! You enter through the back "door" where the cm's enter and see behind the sceens. The safari itself takes a good hour. The truck stops often for pictures. The guide answers all your questions. The b/fast is wonderful! The chef comes out and explains the food. There was so much to choose from! Beware, if you have children, that pumpernickle bread you think they are eating is really chocolate cake!
The concierge staff can make all your ADR before the 180 mark, so you'll be sure to get the resturants and times you want.
The food is: (basically)
b/fast - cold cereals, breads, pastries, fruit, juice, oatmeal and a hot african cereal.
mid-day - homemade chips, cookies, nuts, goldfish
afternoon tea - add more tea type scones, breads
horderves - 2-3 hot choices (african stew, meat skewers, soup, etc), crackers, cheese, veggies, wine, beer, pb&j for the kids.
evening - little pastries & cookies
most of the day homemade lemonade and african smothies are offered, plus soda and water. They have a big espresso machine which I didn't try. I found the food good, though it was mainly African spiced.
It was nice to get a couple of plates of food at b/fast time and take down to our room to eat on the balacony. Watching the animals was a relaxing way to start the day.
