Concierge is worth every penny

Hello-
I have tried to get CRT breakfast for over 2 months but have been unable to get a reservation. Since we are staying concierge at Polynesian I decided to contact them today for help. We arrive 6/1 and thanks to concierge we will be having breakfast at CRT on 6/3. I believe concierge is worth every penny.

I couldn't agree more! The concierge was able to get me three reservations in July for times that were booked when I called WDW-dine myself. Definitely worth the money!

The planning office has always came through for me too! Got me CRT last trip a month before our arrival on the day and at the time we wanted, and for this August they got us the Breathless for an Illuminations Cruise on our anniversary. They can work magic!

Another concierge lover here!!! This is our 1st trip to WDW & I think I would have been lost without them! They saved me from having to wake up at the crack of dawn to fight for CRT. I got the day & time I wanted. They booked everything we asked for & I haven't had any problems with anything! Poly Conceirge is WONDERFUL!!!!

Just thought I'd post that concierge is not always able to get CRT reservations (or other reservations). That has been my personal experience. They try their best but are not always successful.

I agree with Janet. Poly Concierge is wonderful but they are not always able to perform miracles so don't rely on them. This past trip I wanted a ressie for Boma on a Tues night and they couldn't help I'm still confused about Boma being that full up on aTues night. Oh well, better luck next time.

You can email them or call. The did call me once to let me know they had gotten the Breathless Specialty Cruise for Illuminations, they were so excited!
