Concierge - how to we make requests for excursions etc?

Does anyone know if you reach out to the Concierge team w/your requests or do they contact you first? What is the timeline for putting in the requests? Thanks Ahead for any info!

They will/should contact you about 130 days out, telling you that you should place your requests by 125 days out. That gives them time to coordinate what they need to process at 120 days out (when the actual window opens).

Just to follow up on what PrincessShmoo said, then you email them at midnight Eastern Time with your request on your 125 day mark. Instructions will be in the email they send you.

I agree to email at 125 days. They do not always email you first their getting better but sign up for email updates.
