I am staying at the HRH in December and had to make a call initially. They directed me to a person at the concierge desk. I did get an email address at that point and have been tweaking arrangements since via email.

I like you looked for an email initially for the concierge unsuccessfully...

I was pretty sure last time at HRH the email was posted somewhere... you would think they would prefer that to phone calls - go figure...

We loved HRH last time we went, LOVED it, just managed to get a better rate at PB and we've never been there. Hope you have a fab holiday!!
