Hello everyone. We are new to Disney Cruises and sailing concierge class on the October 17th sailing of the wish. I saw somewhere that we should have received an email outlining concierge stuff on day 135 before the cruise and we are now on day 134. We want to make sure we get our requests in and what we should do when it hits 130 days before the cruise. Can anyone help or be willing to share what’s in the email? Thanks in advance!

Hi, we are going to concierge(13014) on Oct 17, too! I believe it is 130 days when they send email and 125 days to request to book activity. See you soon!

Get you list together of what you want. When your booking window opens email the shore side concierge team with your requests. I use Outlook and scheduled the email for 1201 am the day my window opens. Requests are filled in the order they are received.

Yes, it’s at 130 days, you send an email to concierge shore staff asking for your reservations for dinner/excursions and such. As metioned, they take them first come, first served. You should have your email scheduled to send at 12:00 am EST or stay up and send it in yourself on the dot if you want to be first for a cabana, but most everything else should easily be available if you are a day late or so. So be sure you’ve counted the days correctly to send the email on time and not too early or too late. The concierge staff should have sent you an email a while ago telling you when that 130 day mark is, but they’ve been so far behind, like all of Disney cruise reps, it may not come in time, so dont wait on it.

When will we find out what we can sign up for? We are 143 days out. I have no idea what our options are on ship or on land. Our last cruise with Disney was on the Fantasy years ago. Should I send them an email requesting a list?

If you cant already, and assuming you are concierge, you can see in the app on day 130. With the exception of new experiences on the Wish, of which some are known and some are still unknown, it will be the same stuff for excursions and on ship experiences. If there’s something specific you know you want, you can ask the shoreside concierge team about it at any time.

Thank you! This might be a stupid question, but when we look in the app there is a countdown clock. When calculating 130 days to send the email - do we send at 130 days, 23 hours, and 59 minutes or 129 days, 23 hours and 59 minutes? Does that make sense? Just don't want to be too early or late.

We really want the cabana, so appreciate all of the help.

I believe it is at the 129 days 23 59 mark in the app, but you should check with shoreside concierge to be sure. They should have sent an email with the correct date.

You should send the email at 129 days 23 hours and 59 min. The 130 day with hours behind it is really like 131 days. You can look at the port adventures on the web site listed by cruise destination. Also look at onboard activities, some of these are free but require a ticket. My granddaughter loves the Princesses meet and greets.

I sent my email too early so I resent the next afternoon instead of right at midnight. How long does it take to hear back from the concierge desk or will activities start showing up in my reservation online?

You will see the activities at midnight on Day 120 online. The 5 day wait was bad enough, not looking forward to the 10 day wait!

We will be a few doors down....are you traveling with kids? We were thinking about doing a private excursion in the Bahamas if you are interested in sharing. The boat we were going to charter holds up to 10 and there are 4 of us.
